Return/Exchange Policy


We do NOT issue refunds ONLY exchanges. It will  be processed in 2 phases. 

Phase 1: If you need to process an exchange you must first contact customer service at: vanessa@anticipateboutique.com within 7 days of delivery as per tracking information. Please send back merchandise only if it is in original packaging, tags are attached, odor free & unused condition. Anticipate Boutique is not responsible for lost/stolen packages reported delivered on tracking.

Phase 2: Anticipate Boutique will notify you by email once package is received and product is verified and accepted for exchange. You will be issued a digital exchange code to use for you next purchase. This code will only be valid for 7 days from date issued for PRODUCT ONLY subject to availability of same product. Shipping cost runs on customer's expense.
